        5 STARS FOR JIM! 3 stars for Ken, Ken really needs to be better at communicating. No fault of Farmers, the motorcycle insurance was withdrawn from my account after the policy had been cancelled (Foremost). I called and spoke with Ken, he was going to follow up with me, which at first he did, and that Foremost needing some additional proof that we did indeed sale the bike, Ken said I should be getting the refund soon, no more than a week due to COVID19. After a week and still no refund, I sent Ken another email checking for an update, I waited several days, with no reply and called and spoke with Jim (he has helped me for several years), he called Foremost, called me back within 10 minutes with an answer. My only issue is the lack of communicating on Ken's part, and since you can't fix a problem you don't know about, I write this review.

        Kenneth and Jim have fun personalities, very knowledgeable, they stay at task to deliver amazing customer service, they make you feel incredibly comfortable.
