I love my insurance company. My rates are good and people here are amazing. Dixie is a Rockstar she is the best, she is an amazing lady and I wouldn't want anyone else to handle my policy.

I was with Barbara Beck for a little over a year and a half maybe more. In the beginning of this year of 2023 I smudged a guy's bumper! I say smudge because that's exactly what it was... I wouldn't describe it as a accident! Where I touched his bumper was a size of a thumbprint! He claims I cracked his bumper about 3 1/2" and it was to the left, 4" to the left approximately of where I smudged his bumper! As far as I'm concerned, this guy took advantage and saw an opportunity to put money in his pocket! Approximately 4 months after my premium increased an additional $100! So instead of paying $162.00 I was now a pain $262.00 for a smudge! I found out that they gave him a little over $600 for that smudge! Some insurance companies hold this over our heads for 3 years and some 5 years! If it is 3 Years it'll be $3,600! 5 years would be $6,000.00 for a damn smug!! I also found out my renters insurance wasn't insured for what they told me it was supposed to be! My personal property was supposed to be insured for $20,000 and to come to find out it was only insured for $2,000!! The punishment doesn't fit the crime when it comes to the increase in my automobile insurance and when I found about the incompetence when it came to my renters insurance that was it for me I had enough!! I do not recommend Allstate Insurance with Barbara Beck!! Unfortunately I have to give it a star but if I had my way I would give it a negative five stars!!!
