If I could rate zero stars I would. I went in cause my bill was so high. They told me If I signed up for internet my bill would raise $5 and I'd have internet well I get my next bill and it's $60 more than before. They don't look into your bill they just try and sell you more stuff. Went in to get it resolved and the manager Zaden was Arrogant and unprofessional told me to come back and he would get it shipped back, returned and credited literally got on the phone had them ship me the box and only got it prorated for this month. On top of that come to find out that they had been charging me for two phones for over a year that I didn't have. 4 supervisors later and it's not made right. All she had to do when I came in the first time is do some research and would have seen I was getting charged for a device I never owned but no they just wanted to sell me more stuff to make that commission. They don't stand true to what they say and then when it's time and they are in the wrong it's like excuse after excuse. Never would I recommend someone to this locations or to Verizon. No customer compassion
