Tired to get a oil change and a heavy set older lady was rude and told me I needed an appointment and walked away before I could even ask to set a appointment

Need to rename it the SLOWWWWWW Lane. Every time I come here , WITH an appointment for an oil change, it takes 90 minutes plus. Seriously, its ridiculous.
