I have rented from Don three times never have I ever ruined anything of his not to mention it was cleaner when I left then when I moved in and now he is keeping my third deposit because supposedly I ruined his scratch and dent stove that he put in my apartment and according to him it was brand new just saying take pictures of everything when you move in

I wish there was an option for no stars. The "landlords" are AWFUL, we have 3 small babies and our apartment is infested with mold, rusted pipes in bathrooms and kitchen as well as I have to shop vacume my kitchen after using my sink to do ANYTHING. Our kitchen tile it's lifted due to water damage which in return is bringing all sorts of spiders and strange bugs from under the floor boards. we are leaving with no hesitation! I feel obligated to express my concern and voice the horrific and unsafe conditions for anybody who lives here or anyone considering to
