Parkwood Pointe Apartments

I have lived at the Meadows at Parkwood for 2 years and my experience has been wonderful for the most part. I did not interact with my neighbors much, but when I did, they have all been good or at least cordial. The staff are friendly, easy to work with, and responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner. I would sometimes have people parking in my designated parking spot, which was annoying to deal with, or they would park so far within the lines I could not park my own car in its spot. This issue was fixed when staff was notified of some people's parking habits (very minute, but still a nuisance to deal with). My only complaint while residing there is the pet policy that was advertised on the website. It is a little misleading by saying it is a pet-friendly apartment complex, but only cats are allowed. I understand the policy may have changed over time due to the irresponsibility of some dog-owners, but it made it quite unfair for future tenants who wish to have dogs as pets. Other than that, great experience overall. A monthly newsletter is sent out to residents with fun recipes to try out, as well as constant weather-reminders and holiday closures, and rent is fairly reasonable for the area.

Lived here for more than half a year now, no complaints, rent is reasonable, grounds and services are well kept, Neighbours are quiet, good location.

I have lived at Parkwood Pointe for 9 1/2 years and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff in the office has always been nice and knowledgeable regarding their job and the complex. The maintenance staff are the exact same. Any issues I have are taken care of in a timely manner and they always keep the grounds looking great.

Parkwood Pointe apartments are so nice and clean. I would recommend these to anyone. Management has been a dream to work with! It's hard to find these days.
