      image The new ownership has increased my rent twice in less than a year. The first increase was almost double and the second increased by 20%.
      This is unethical business practice and straight up predatory for people that dont have the ability to move their things in a timely fashion.
      Ill be moving as soon as I can to avoid yet another unexpected rate increase. And will be exploring legal action as well
