The one guy made me a hamburger when I signed up for my unit. Had a big ol grill set up and everything. Made the standardized month-to-month price hikes worth it

Had a unit at this location. The customer service is terrible. Spoke to one of the managers and they were rude and unprofessional. Also, you cant get into your unit after hours. Had a ski trip planned and couldnt get access to my stuff.

After reserving my unit online I got caught in traffic and the facility manager Darren stayed late to meet me and made the whole process easier than I could've asked for. The manager at the last storage facility I used should take a few notes from him. Highly recommended!
