I'd give him 10 stars if I could. I found him randomly based on a quick search and right away could tell he was my guy. He's down to earth, very easy to work with, and very sharp. He got me into a house I LOVE on the 2nd trip out. I liked him so much I referred a good friend to him. He got them into an AMAZING ranch property in a VERY VERY competitive market in ONE WEEK!!! He works really hard and will make sure you don't buy the wrong thing. He saved me several times from myself. I went through two other local (very nice) realtors before finding Josh and so glad I did. He's a superstar! Don't even hesitate. Call him. You'll thank me.

Josh is not only a great guy, but a good realtor as well. We partnered with him on a few deals over the years and has been a great resource. He has lived here for a long time so he has good knowledge of the area, and a strong local network. He is very considerate and even today thinks of us when he sees postings - which to us is very appreciative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home or business.
