GRAND SLAM!!! Circle the bases and welcome home! Looking for property and a house in Kootenai County was a last-minute decision after visiting some friends in Athol. The market in this area is thinner than the ice on a lake in Arizona and we were concerned that we were not going to find anything. From the first contact with Lindsay to her Congratulations!! You guys are officially Idaho property owners!!, she was extremely responsive, professional and her attention to detail was impeccable. Lindsay was extremely flexible with us, our budget and needs. Based on our numerous texts and conversations, she was able to get a feel for what we wanted and would work for us. While looking at one property, we told her of another one that had just popped up and without hesitation, she said she would swing by to look at it. When asked her impression of the two properties, she was able to explain the pros and cons of both and made it easy to visualize her impression of the properties and neighborhoods. She is extremely knowledgeable on the market, the area and the different types of land offerings available. If you are in the market to buy or sell in the Coeur DAlene area, we cannot recommend Lyndsay Allen enough, she is a heavy hitter and batting a thousand in our scorebook.
