We worked with Raniel to purchase a home in northern ID. From the initial zoom call to closing, he was super responsive (even on vacation!), helpful and encouraging. As first time home buyers (operating out of WA with only a handful of visits to ID), we were nervous, but Raniel kept us grounded and quelled our fears as they arose. He is super well connected in the community & well liked by many businesses and folks in northern ID which was helpful in figuring out which third parties to work with throughout the process (lenders, title companies, negotiating with the seller's agent, etc.). We appreciated that Raniel never pressured us and had our best in mind. We had a set budget and pretty tight search parameters, but he respected our wishes & never pushed us to go beyond what we were comfortable with. It was nice to be heard and not feel like our relationship was merely transactional. We are still in touch post-purchase and we know we can count on Raniel to have all the pro tips about the best places to eat & businesses to work with on for home projects. We are so happy that we were able to close on a house just before the market went nuts (it was already a bit crazy when we started looking) and have Raniel on our team to do it.
