*Note to readers: you dont always know how good your realtor is until youre in the trenches of huge amounts of details when you are buying or selling a house. Use this guy ! Michael Williams was recommended to me by relative. They said how great he was and they were right. I was exploring the idea of moving to Idaho from out of state. Michael was patient and showed me homes to help me further my research. He did this even before I knew whether I was going to move at all . Hes especially helpful to help me navigate the timing during this wacky time of fluctuating interest rates. When the timing of the move became entirely out of my hands by the moving company I hired Michael was able to juggle and reschedule my walk through, orientation and escrow so I owned the house within 24 hours of arriving in my new town. I should call him Miracle Mike! The X factor is this I am a widow doing this all on my own. I felt taken care of. I know this is his job, but you dont find this level of patience and kindness often.
