        Invasion of privacy!!!! Their quarterly inspections includes photos of all the contents of your refrigerator, photos of the contents of every drawer in the residence. They will also take photos, every 4 months, of the contents of every cabinet in the house. Very invasive! They say it is for a virtual tour service that they provide for the homeowners so they can monitor the condition of their home. They won't tell you unless you ask.. The intelligence level that you have to deal with leaves a lot to be desired also, but I don't want to get too petty with this. As far as getting a deposit back, I did get back less than half of it, but the kicker is that apparently I had unconsciously become a smoker while I lived there and just mysteriously quit without my knowing when I moved out. That cost $500!!! So, take warning! Sometimes you don't have a choice and you have to deal with these Ungodly People, your privacy is at risk!!! Anybody who says different is a paid Shill!

      Due to the high volume of prospects, applicants are required to apply before seeing the property to filter out those who aren't genuinely interested. Charging an application fee can be seen as a legitimate practice to cover the screening process of your application. If you would like a refund for your application, we can do so, but as we have checked, we have not received any application from you. Please be reminded that as long as the screening process has not been processed, the application fee is refundable. Also, applicants' permission is always sought before proceeding. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to call us.
