Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time anywhere! James was accommodating regarding a purchase and protection plan. The staff went out of their way to resolve the issue. Everyone was polite and helpful. Thank you so much!

The Tech Support Dept. at the Coeur d' Alene store should be renamed "NO SUPPORT". The tech was lazy, very dismissive, bordering on rude. He had no desire to try and help me solve the problem I had with an HP printer I bought at this store 10 months ago ($450 purchase), even though it was still under the manufactures warranty. He kept telling me since I hadn't bought the extended warranty he couldn't do anything for me and I'd have to deal with HP. WHAT A SCAM! I won't spend another dollar in this store.

Came in looking for a white board and white board markers. Staff knew right where they were and what the difference in price was and why which was very helpful. Come to find out some white boards still come non- magnetic! FYI there is a sign saying masks are required but many customers did not have masks on and staff we not enforcing this requirement.

I bought air duster to clean out my ps4 from here once and the cashier thought I was huffing it. I may look like a drug addict after a two week video game binge of my favorite MMO but I only smoke pot and that's it. He was genuinely concerned for my safety and health but you never judge a customer so harshly, especially when you're working in retail for minimum wage.
