I needed a rental car after a car accident. The other insurance company was making it difficult. However the Local Enterprise team helped me navigate the whole process. They helped me get a suitable vehicle. Anthony the Manager was in touch with me several times to make sure my vehicle suited my needs. The rest of the staff was always eager to help me out. This Enterprise location gave me a friendly greeting when I arrived. The helped me quickly and efficiently and got me on my way. When I returned the car a week later the process was simple. I will continue to use this Enterprise location for all of my vehicle rental needs.

Major shout out to Anthony the manager at the Coeur d'Alene Govt Way office for calling me 3 days in advance to alert me to an issue about delivery to our intended location. Great customer service. Very efficient when we picked up the car, when we dropped off the car, and when our friends picked up their car. His staff is ON IT! The cars are clean and ready to go. We will continue to use Enterprise at this location every summer when we arrive in CDA.

The process is just soooo easy with Enterprise! This was not my first time renting and it will not be my last. JJ was very friendly and informative. He was genuine in his communication and reassured me that he can be reached for any questions or concerns. Thank you JJ!
