Went to pick up car, price Went up 200 from quote.
My mistake was not getting the 1st quote in writing, since he put all my info in the computer, I thought price was set.
I made my objection to price increase at that time and person said he was having trouble getting computer to fix it, he told me to ask when I got back.
Answer on return was too bad, owner said they no longer did weekly rentals- so I was out of luck and he would NOT honor original price quote. Young man was polite and stuck in the middle, so I am not blaming him.
This place is NOT corporate owned, so they do what they want.
Totally dissatisfied and they lost a customer.
The SUV I rented was awesome, but wont go back to a place that is dishonest.
