    My experiance having an MRI at Advanced Imaging was very positive! The staff was extremely kind and helped to relieve any stress that was built up prior to the testing. They were personable and professional. Thank you again for your service with compassion!

    This two star review has nothing to do with the staff at the Meridian location. They were excellent in every way. My dissatisfaction is with the owner of Imaging Center of Idaho who has not refunded my deposit made for the MRI that ended up not happening. The deposit was made July 30, and it's now Sept. 20 and I was told originally that it would take 2 weeks for the refund. I called again today and was given another ambiguous explanation. I'm not happy with the business practices of this facility. After going to another MRI for a successful test I was told that the practice of asking for a deposit is not standard. When and if I receive my deposit I will adjust my review. Update on refund: I did finally receive the full refund from Idaho Center of Idaho Imaging along with a follow-up phone call from the owner. This may not be the "normal" for this establishment, but waiting two and a half months to receive money that was immediately taken out of my bank account is much too long. The time and energy I had to spend on 3 separate phone calls to get it doesn't check the customer service box for me. I greatly appreciate my refund, however, so thank you Imaging Center of Idaho for that.

We have made an attempt to discuss this review with the individual and were unsuccessful. Therefore, we choose to address this issue here in a more general way as we feel that some of the information provided by this individual is incomplete or misleading.There is no such thing as a "deposit" for imaging services. We are confident that no one at our facility would have referred to it as such.The word deposit connotes an intention to return said monies.Our intention was to perform the MRI as ordered.We collect "patient responsibility", also known as "out of pocket". This is the amount of money owed for the intended examination AS DEFINED BY AN INDIVIDUAL'S INSURANCE PLAN. Many times, if the amount owed is excessive, we may even agree to accept only a portion of what is owed if proper arrangements are made for the balance.If an MRI fails, for whatever reason, our standard protocol is to re-schedule and re-attempt the exam. We do not typically move to refund any out of pocket at this point as we would still be intending to complete the exam as ordered.With that being said, we do admit that this individual's refund check did take two to four weeks longer to process than it should have. This was due to some internal transitions that have since been resolved. By no means do we consider ourselves to be infallible, and we will continue to encourage feedback in the form of online review so we can continue to bolster the positive and remedy the negative.
