Women in their first trimester beware! They will charge you for two different ultrasounds, without telling you and you will end up with a bill for $1000.00. When I went in for my initial ultrasound I was told most of the time they need to do a transvaginal ultrasound to get the measurements needed. I understood, as that was the case with my first pregnancy. She then did an over the stomach ultrasound for less than two minutes before switching to TV. It was NEVER discussed that these would be two separate charges! If you know youll most likely need the TV why not start with that? Is it so they can charge you for both hoping you wont notice? Well now I'm battling West Valley for billing one ultrasound as two. Make sure you are very clear with what they will charge you before they touch you!! There is another imaging center in Caldwell that is not only reasonable, but much more knowledgeable, I suggest going there!

Beautiful Zen relaxing atmosphere as you wait to do your mammogram or bone density testing while sitting in the waiting room. Very sweet front desk attendant, Amy. Also, snacks provided while you wait? How thoughtful is that!

I love the people who serve in this place. They are attentive, kind, and above all knowledgeable. They are thorough about results and always have a smile for you when you walk in. The receptionist is sweet too.
