Check in process is a hassle. Only doctors office I have ever been to that has the patient fill out all insurance information. Seems rather silly to have them find insurance information print it out and hand it to me to input. Maybe they are still working on all of kinks being new who knows. Hopefully in the future they can fix that. Update a month later I get a bill they never submitted it to our insurance, claiming that the information was not was not legible. It is all typed on an iPad with pictures taken on the iPad. It would not save anything until the system matched everything from photo to what was typed so I doubt it was that. Hopefully they actually update the information and send it to our insurance this time.

I am from out of town and I needed an x-ray, so I went to Sterling urgent care. The place is really nice. All the staff, including the receptionist, the nurse, and the med person were very friendly, courteous and professional. I am from out of town and I need some assistance so I went there. I was lucky that it was in network for my healthcare provider. I was also lucky and then I went on a Wednesday afternoon and there was no one waiting. After I filled out the information on the tablet, I was seen right away. It was a great experience. The interior is as fresh and new as one could ever expect.

I walked in with lots of pain, and the whole process was seamless. The front desk was able to get me into the system efficiently and quickly, and was so kind. The nurse/technician/person drawing my blood was so sweet and so good at her job (I didn't even feel the needle!) and made me feel at ease. The doctor was fantastic and very patient with me, exhausting all avenues while helping me with my ailment. And even while I was crying through the pain they made me feel comfortable, unjudged, and ok. I highly recommend them if you want a doctor that goes the extra mile to support you!

Save your money this is basically a scam whatever you have you can Google it and buy off the counter medicine, and they will bill you a 20$ office charge after the visit once again save your money this is basically come talk to us we will tell you what to buy from Walmart for 160 a visit
