        There is a very progressive online rental app, but when you go through the 20 minute routine it just tells you that you are denied and need to go and do all of that again in person. What a joke! you should be ashamed of your "technology"! Wow.

      We are sorry you had this experience with our online rental technology. We strive to provide an amazing online or in office rental experience. What happened was another customer booked the same unit in the office while you were booking online and it caused the online rental to fail. When we spoke on the phone within 10 minutes of the failure you would not let us complete the rental. We are happy to honor the 50% off your first month's rent if you stop by the office anytime. Again, sorry for the frustration. Thanks management.
