I've been enjoying my storage unit at 48th Street Storage for over a year now. I waited on a list to get a unit because it was close to my home. Little did I know that there would be other benefits also. The biggest being 24-hour access which is extremely important. There are days that I have to work late or it's too hot during the day. The other is the owner leaves you alone as long as you're up to date on your payments. Although the owner doesn't provide mice and bug care, for the small price I pay I'm willing to take care of that on my own. If you're looking for a long term storage unit this is worth getting on the waiting list.

An owner that I've rented storage space from for many years, very reliable, a man of integrity I would highly recommend! there's a waiting list due to these Factors
