Hes friendly, fair, and encouraging, and you can tell he cares about the people hes bringing into the buildings!

Jim is the best. Hes readily available to assist with any issues, and more importantly, hes provided us with a very safe and special space for our counseling clients. Additionally, hes allowed me full creative freedom within our offices to make our suites beautiful and appropriate for our specific needs. We dont plan on ever leaving this building if we can help it! Someday Im hoping hell allow me to redecorate the whole building, but were working on it! Ha. Best place in town. Thanks, Jimbo!

We are so grateful to have found this location for our massage practice. The location is great with plenty of parking, rent is affordable, and lease terms are transparent and fair. Any maintenance issue or request weve made has been handled promptly and Jim, the property manager, is friendly and responsive and seems like he goes out of his way to make sure tenants are taken care of. We took it as a very good sign when we moved in that most of the tenants have been here for years and we see our business being here for years to come.

I have worked with Jim (the owner) for just over a year now and he is amazing. He takes care of his tenants and treats everyone with respect. He always gets what needs to be done in a timely and professional manner. I cannot say enough. This is an amazing and extremely well run company.
