        Called ahead, was told there was a 15-20 minute wait. Not a problem, so I went about did some other stops before showing up. Not only did the staff forget about my pizza, they didn't even start making it once they realized. Waited another 20 minutes while walk-in customers were helped and sent with their orders. Never again, these guy don't know what they're doing.

        This location has really gone downhill recently. The app never works, the staff is unfriendly and most of them seem to be untrained and unable to help. Our orders are not correct, and the management does not seem to care. Without the app, the price of the pizzas is not worth the hassle.

        Ezra was amazing when I came in. Greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. He noticed I was a veteran and he thanked me for my service. I was very pleased with his customer service and kindness. I will be coming back here for sure.
