      image Used to love these guys, now you have to listen to a 5 minute commercial before you get put on hold forever. I get it they want you to order online, but sometimes I don't want to get online just to order a pizza. And I don't want to put my card into another system just to order a pizza. Might have to rethink my pizza choices.
      Follow up: Called the next night, and went to voice mail, then HUNG UP on us! Wow, a take-out business that hangs up on you... What's up with that?

      image We ordered online and accidentally clicked "extra large pepperoni" instead of regular. They called to ask us what we wanted and we missed the call, called right back. Called back 4x and was sent to voicemail each time. We went in at our pick up time and they told us because we never called to say what we wanted our pizza wasn't ready and we explained we called multiple times. We were told "oh yeah we are ignoring calls because we are busy" okay? So what did they expect us to do. We then waited 40 minutes for them to make our one pepperoni pizza (mind you with our two kids under 4) and we were not given any discount for the headache. It was a ridiculous waste of time. We should have gone to dominoes.
