We had troubles with our maple tree, we received multiple estimates and yes forever green did have a great rate. So we decided to go with them, however their front desk receptionist was so unhelpful, we had to call multiple times to even get an answer when we could schedule. They also gave us an estimate of how much it would cost, then they came out and did the work and it came back almost double of what they said..... for an hour and a half of work. We then tried to call and discuss the bill, but no one can be courteous enough to call back. While they have great prices (or so they say) their customer service is terrible. Really disappointed, as I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't think it's fair to treat customers this way and also surprise them with a bill that was not discussed. Will update review if we ever get a call back. Service: Tree removal
