I paid the "early payment program" for my Xmas lights this year and 1) They never called me for my "early installation promise". 2) I left 4-5 messages about trying to get the date that I expected by paying them in the summer early 3) once I finally got a date they didn't show and after two more reschedules I final got my lights installed. 4) Take down had the same problem - I guess I am supposed to have my lights up until the end of January? Finally - now that I know I am enver using these guys again I shopped the service for next year - they are 35% higher than market rates in the Boise/Meridian area. Too bad I can't give them zero stars

Two different people from Senske came to give me a bid on taking down trees, neither got a bid to me and both failed to call me and tell me they didn't want to bid. That is just not very good public relations!

I do not recommend use using Senske as they did not show up for their appointment, called to tell me after the appointment was missed, and treated me rudely. They seem to forget they have competition. I have used them for Christmas lights, and because of this experience I will not use them again. Mike Kendall is extremely rude. I will not be back.

Beware of using this company! I was scheduled twice for lawn aeration and seeding. I prepared my lawn which included raking leaves this last time and keeping my dog in. I was left a message both times around 5:30 pm saying sorry that they wouldn’t be able to do the service and that it would be rescheduled. I never received a follow up call the first time and when I called on the first service was told I would be called in one to two days. I was not contacted and again had to call and was told they were coming this past Monday and the exact same thing happened. I just canceled my services as clearly they can’t provide them anyway. Don’t waste your time with them like I did! Service: Seeding
