        image Allstate turned out to not be the insureds insurer on a vehicle that hit me. Instead of calling me back to tell me this, they contacted my insurance company and initiated an uninsured motorist claim. The insured party gave me the wrong card and sent me the correct one. I would give Allstate no stars but cannot. Bad business practices.
