Terry Elmore has been our agent for a few years. She helps us decide what company to go with to manage our Medicare. She always steers us in the best direction to get the most out of what plan she feels is best suited to our needs. She is not afraid to tell us if she thinks a company does not offer good value. Terry is phenomenal. She is so kind and knowledgable, and she patiently answers all of my questions about insurance. She knows every step to take to seek coverage and lays it out clearly. I truly believe she has our family's best interest at heart and helped us choose a great insurance plan. Her assistant/receptionist (Christy?) is also very sweet and helpful. So thankful to have found them!
