Always a good selection of healthy plants

Got a plant that was 50% off and they charged me full price. We bought several plants and you cant see the price when they scan. So of course after I looked at the receipt I said, It didnt do the 50% off. The guy working the register reached for the receipt. The lady working that was standing next to him said, ya, if we dont see the sticker it charges full price. Then the guy said, you just need to go inside to customer service and they can take care of it. Well thank goodness I parked by the Garden Center. Ha ha. He could have easily said, sorry about that, I didnt see the sticker. But he didnt. He acted like it was my fault. Went inside and of course it was 4-deep with people buying cigarettes and lottery tickets. So after 10 minutes in line, finally get up there and he doesnt say, oh sorry about that, lets get you taken care of. Spends a minute looking at the receipt First world problem I know but when half of your plants have frost damage, youd hope that the person working the register would at least look. Easy fix, put the 50% off sticker right by the bar code. And if you screw something up, a simple sorry goes a long ways.
