I have a 5000 square foot house that needs some furniture, our budget was $50K for two rooms. The lady that walked up to my family was quite unfriendly. Sorry but people need to be able to come in with their kids. EDIT: Your recollection of events is a fabrication to justify being pompous. Unsurprisingly after dealing with your staff in person, we anticipated that your reply to our review would be defensive. At no time did our kids act out of line or use the showroom furniture as a playground. I'm sure the general public reading your reply can discern that your gaslighting is poor form and a flimsy tactic to handle reviews. Just because you have moderately priced furniture it does not entitle you to be arrogant or crass. I cant imagine what buying or dealing with you post sale would've been like. There are other options in Treasure Valley. We'll be sure to encourage as many of our friends to purchase elsewhere just like we just did.

Over the past two years, Ashley has helped me furnish our mid-century home, room by room, with beautiful pieces of furniture and decorative items. When I look around our home, I am so happy! I love it! We ended up purchasing nearly all of our pieces from Echelon, even though there are other good options in Boise. What keeps bringing us back is the quality of the design assistance, the quality and style of the furnishings, the immense care taken with delivery and installation, and the genuine niceness of the folks at Echelon. It is my favorite store in town and I tell everyone I know what a joy it is to work with such a competent and customer-focused group!
