I purchased an item through registry. The pickup experience was terrible. I waited in customer counter line for half an hour to pick up. There is no other way to pick up. Only one person at the counter.
Then, they double charged me for the item. I was unable to resolve with their online customer service. They passed me to 4 different representatives. I am
I will have to work on the double charge with the VISA fraud center which will result in me having to replace my debit card.
Very incompetent. This will be a last time for me. I will avoid making any purchases with Target in the future.

Nothing bad to say about Target. I was able to pickup an online order for my roommate and the service was swift and they had the order ready for me to pickup. Mind you my roommate added myself as the pickup person so that helped it be a smooth pickup experience.
I do wish this Target had a bigger selection of beer and wine. I was on the hunt for a good seltzer but the selection was extremely limited and the products were not cold/refrigerated in store.
