        Dr. Shappard is likely the best doctor I've ever had. He consistently remembers the small details, takes time to answer my questions, and inquires about my well-being. His passion is evident, and I feel genuinely cared for. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Shappard, even my annual blood work and checkup.

        Dr. Shappard took me as a patient a couple years back. I gave up on the VA and truly believed all healthcare/mental healthcare was a joke. My sister told me to get an appointment with Dr. Shappard ASAP cause he is the best. I decided to give it a try and just bite the bullet and go out of pocket. It was the best decision I ever made for my health. For the first time in my life, I actually felt what it's like to have a proper doctor. Dr. Shappard cares about you as a person, always has a smile on his face, and truly listens to you and let's you have control in your treatment. He gives you options and lets you decide. He has delivered two of my sisters babies and takes care of my newest little guy as well. I can't give Dr. Shappard and his staff enough praise. Everyone in his office always has genuine smiles and great attitudes and seem like they love what they do. I definitely recommend Dr. Shappard and his team. They are the BEST!
