        Ashley the manager at the Fairview/ Milwaukee location!! She was AMAZING my son had locked his phone with a pattern lock and after it was taken away for awhile, he forgot the unlock. You Have to factory reset if this happens and despite the phone putting up a fight(Motorola) Ashley won and got us back in Super fun to chat with while we attempted to reset and update. I Absolutely recommend this location and will be back again. THANK YOU ASHLEY, you made my day
