Clearwater working under my builder did a metal roof and metal siding. At first I wasnt happy with their work due to a vast amount of snow and working through the winter there were some problems that hindered their progress. Well in the end I have to say the house looks outstanding and they did a wonderful job. Thank You!

Brandy and the team at Clearwater Construction made my bathroom remodel so seamless. She is very organized and great at communicating. Kelly and Ken were both very helpful at answering questions/concerns that we had. The team really made our vision come to life. Clearwater Home Services replaced my 26 year old cedar shake roof with Malarkey Emerald Pro shingles. Their bid was very competitive and their installers were very professional and friendly. I will highly recommend Clearwater to all my friends and neighbors!

Without writing a novel I cant give Kelly and his team at Clearwater enough credit. They were all amazing and helped us rebuild our garage in short order after it was destroyed in a fire. We had a baby on the way and Kelly went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Very professional and just great people overall. I would recommend to anyone in the Treasure Valley! We just finished our Great Room/Kitchen/Bathroom remodel with Clearwater. We had not touched anything in our home for over 20 years. The experience with Clearwater was fantastic! From the 1st visit with Ken the salesperson to the final walk through with one of the owners Brandy, I never had a moments hesitation that I had made the right choice. Brandy one the owners managed my job and was responsive and communicative through the whole process. The quality of the Subs was "Best in Class". I had such a great experience that I was a bit sad it was over! Thank goodness I have more to do later this year! I recommend this company without hesitation...
