Romanoff renovations just installed living room carpet I had purchased from Home Depot. Not only were they early, and polite, they were done in under 2 hours. I will use them in the future.

Was scheduled for whole house carpet installation, called the day of appointment, after the appointment time and stated they couldn't make it that day. I work night shift and was planning the installation around my work schedule. They rescheduled for the following day, which meant I would now have to find a different place to sleep. They offered us a $50 visa card for the hassle but we never actually received it. The installation itself was not great either. They did not use new tack ti hold the carpet down, I stead reused the 20 year old, rusted nails. Needless to say the carpet is not staying put in those areas and easily pulls up. They also used silver nails in our brown wood transition pieces. Just seems like poor quality installation overall.
