Its pretty rare nowadays to find a bank, let alone on national Bank to have people in their branch who actually care about their customers - Arashi is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind and friendly, and I absolutely love working with him. Tony is always a barrel of fun and provides great conversation - just all around a great team and I consistently find myself going out of my way to go to this branch specifically
