        I had a problem with being able to see a specific account online. All of a sudden, with the new year, it wasn't visible. As I was going to the bank that day, I thought I'd just ask while I was there. Zara and Eli both took the time to discuss the issue with me and said they would have to look at it closer and they would call me as soon as they knew what had happened. Before I got home that day, I found it had been resolved. Thank you to both of them.

        Horrible customer service! It takes an average of 20 mins to do a transaction when your the only one there. If there is someone in front of you, plan on 30 to 40 mins. They all act like your time means nothing! Don't waste your time at this branch.
