I came into NAPA today with my son because I needed my rear taillight replaced and a new battery for my Trailblazer because I had been rear ended at a stop light. Thank God for Bryce who helped me... again. He had previously replaced the bulbs in the same rear taillight as well as helped me get the rear hatch opened, since it won't open using the key fob. The reason I drive out of my way from Boise and go to this Meridian NAPA location, is because of Bryce. He always goes out of his way to help me fix my car issues, which shows a lot of his character. He is very knowledgeable, friendly. I've been to O'Reillys and Auto Zone which are so much closer to my house. However, they are not as helpful and courteous as when I come here. Bryce has great customer service skills and is such a great worker. You guys are lucky to have him at your company because it really is hard to find good help these days. Thank you, Bryce, for always going above and beyond to help your customers. We appreciate you so much.

Went out of my way to this store to pick up a jump pack to start a dead battery under the false assumption that I would be buying quality equipment at a NAPA store. Spent $109 on a pack and ended up shelving the pack and making another trip to a Home Depot to buy a long pair of jumper cables instead to get the car started. Left the pack on the charger for 2 days and it wouldn't take a charge. Bottom line you can get your money back but you won't get your time. Would have been better off just picking up the cheaper pack at harbor freight.

Bryce was so helpful!!!! I was in quite a pickle because apparently they don't make the part I need but he was able to do some creative thinking and worked extra hard to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you!!!!
