        As always, I get my Lexus serviced here. I am pleased with the new tech that Peterson Lexus offers. By using texts to make appointments, communicating with my service advisor with texts as well, and paying my service bill online before I pick up my vehicle, it is so nice to modernize a car service appointment. My vehicle needed servicing, Joe Zeuger, answered my questions promptly and throughly. My bill was cut by hundreds of dollars because Joe was able to reduce labor costs with an alternator replacement while my timing belt was being changed. I was quite surprised that the initial quote was reduced and I APPRECIATE JOE to save me money while I await the new GX550 to come to the lot. Again, thanks Joe and Peterson Lexus for taking care of me and my family. From the service calls/texts and the loaner Lexus, my family owes a great deal of gratitude to your staff including the nice gentlemen greeting me in the driveway. Well see you for the next oil change! Dave and family!
