        Guessingit was the manager on duty? Tall glasses tan...very very rude about testing an alternator..he tested it by turning the wheel by hand?! and said its bad, hes "always right". He was wrong. Will not ever return or recommend. DONT EVEN ASK FOR HELP HERE. GO ELSEWHERE.

        Very bad experience. Walked in there looking for a clip for my vehicle. The guy stood there 5' looking at Clip, claiming they did not have it. Not asking what it is for or anything. Got home after ibwas in store to look online, i and found out they have them at that store. I even called them with part number to confirm they had it. Unprofessional and lack of care for a customer working on their vehicle. Lost my business for a while, if not longer. I'm going to go get it from Orielly's. At least the one near them helped me look for it even though they did not have it at that store.
