Special thank you to Ronnie in the service department for turning a really bad experience into the best one ive ever had from a dealership. I was just sold a Nissan Juke from Tom Scott Honda in January that evidently had a failing fuel pump they didnt disclose. 3,000 miles later, my check engine light was on and my suv was running like trash. Not only did the Dennis Dillon staff and most of all- Ronnie- take excellent care of me and my Juke but they were nice, kind, polite, really great with communication. Ronnie just changed my whole experience by helping fix a wrong from another dealership and i will be forever grateful. He also just made me a returning customer for life. Thank you for everything you did for me Ronnie. You sincerely made my day.

This was a nice change of pace experience for me, usually when shopping for a car it's an all-day experience, but the staff here were very professional and zeroed in on what exactly I was looking for and made sure that I absolutely did love the car, I felt I was very well taken care of! They told me they had a different way of doing business and it showed, they have earned a customer for life and I can't recommend them enough! Excellent service, fixed my tired and were so kind!
