      image Worst experience ever. HR Block has failed after purchase of premium service and tax professional review. I now have errors returned form the state....... After receiving the response below I called again for follow up. I was transferred to a hang up and unable to receive any help from Joanna. Seems that HR Block has diminished in software and service.
