A bit disappointed in the thin structure, allowing every noise from above to come thru, the drain in the tub not working so no soak after a long Plane ride until repair the next day. The chairs were all hard, the sofa not comfy either. The pool was lovely with water features but the hot tub was fr we frequently full of kids. Condiments and amenities were touted but not provided. Light switch plates had Chocolate on them in the bathroom. Location was great for north side of island and it was Kauai, so.

Just a marvelous low key hotel I enjoyed my Stay and loved the chickens. Centrally located to all in Northshore and well managed. The concierge are fabulous. Coffee in the am is yummy. Wish they had breakfast.

BEAUTIFUL time share resort! The jacuzzi and great room made for the best last night on the island.

Overall it's your standard time share with standard time share amenities. Check in was easy, employees are all very welcoming and the grounds are well kept. We had a 2 bedroom unit which was pretty large and would easily accommodate 6+ people. We didn't spend a whole lot of time there as we were off exploring, so it met our basic needs of a comfy bed, a warm shower and a place to store our belongings. Although the unit was clean, we had ants in the kitchen the minute we walked in. We were in a 2nd floor unit and had roaches (even though we had no food in the unit) by day 3. The coffee machine made an awful shrill noise when plugged in and the roosters started at midnight EVERYDAY right outside our room. This wouldn't be an issue if we didn't have to sleep with the windows open due to the lack of AC. Parking in the evenings was also difficult. The spaces are SMALL (our compact vehicle squeezed in) and the lot filled up by 8PM so we walked several blocks to our unit each night.
