        Just read a review praising this location for exchanging a car with car trouble that had been rented from OGG. In the same week, this location wouldnt even consider doing an exchange for my vehicle that had been authorized by the Budget roadside assistance. Required me to return it to OGG. Id appreciate hearing from the owner why my situation was 180 degrees from prior reviewer.

        I came in with car trouble from a vehicle I rented from the airport location. The manager Eric pulled a bunch of strings to get my car swapped, my roadside assistance claims wrapped up, and out the door in no time at all. I had a great experience and would happily go here again for my car rental.

        Budget added a $100 drop off fee that was not part of my Costco confirmation. I showed the confirmation to the check in staff. They refused to remove the fee and said call the 800 number. This is the second time this has happened in Maui.
