We enjoy living here. Greg isn't the manager here anymore. The pool, spa, exercise room and bbq area remained open during the pandemic, not like other complexes around here. There were some people during this time that wanted other guests to join them, but we were only allowed to go in. Sorry, it didn't go over too well some some guests of guests and all. For us, we were very glad to have the pool open to us for a year and and a half. Otherwise, beaches and shops and restaurants and interislands was closed to us. We have a good manager now. Not rude. In fact, he is very friendly and helpful. I just got a bathroom drawer I needed from Gerry, the manager. He deliveries himself. All's good here now.

If I could give this place a negative star review, I would because of how we were just treated by the resident manager, Greg Gascoigne. Today, Greg harassed us and told us we were bad parents, were illiterate, were going to be kicked out of the pool, assessed a fine, and the list goes on. Apparently, our boys were jumping in the pool and splashing which he informed us is strictly prohibited. This caused Greg to become extremely angry and call us all kinds of degrading names. I am so upset with him, he needs a nice punch in his face!

Pool manager was VERY VERY rude to me and my guests. We were having a 5 person bbq and not being loud or rude at all. He came over and yelled at us as if we were throwing the biggest party ever. He creeped on me and my friends for almost an hour so he could yell at us for something again. The worst part is there were other people there besides us and he didn't even go to talk to them, maybe for racial reasons? We were the only dark skin people there and he seemed to need to ask us if we even lived on the property and what unit was ours, as if it wasn't private information.

Greg Gascoigne has got to be the worst residential manager to ever touch the islands of Hawaii. I have lived here my entire life and this guy treats me as if I am some criminal coming to reck this place. We were nothing but respectful and he tries to lie his way into getting us kicked out. How low can you be to be this rude to people doing nothing to you or the property. Literally so rude to anybody that he doesnt think should be there. Be careful guys.

The most unwelcoming group of residents ever! Place is extremely anti family. More rules and regulations than any I have ever seen! Experienced 4 rude and insensitive people while on premises, was shouted at, belittled, bullied for being a family with children. One man followed a guest to her car, yelling obscenities at her and yelled at my daughter to get a life, go have another baby! Who does that? Meeting one rude resident is not surprising but to experience it with 4 different people says this is a culture here in this complex! Stay away if you ever plan to have family or grandchildren visit!!! Why build a pool of there is no splashing, jumping, flotation device/pool toys aloud, no noise from children. We were basically evicted with children for them being children. Shameful attitudes found here.
