The complex itself is looking dated. Sea wall is falling apart. Lounge chairs are all broken. Only 4 for the entire complex, and all are in disrepair. BBQ is falling apart. Staff should at least clean it periodically. Several guests commented on this while we were staying.
I see they are trying to replace board members.
The place is a real gem that needs some TLC and it would be great.
Spend some money.
Fix all the little things, and youd have a very nice complex.

Beautiful ever changing ocean views. Free public shuttle bus stop right outside your door that goes to KTA grocery store, Target and other favorite restaurants. Magic Sands restaurant is on the property. From our room we saw whales, dolphins, turtles and lots of colorful fish in the waves. The waves crashed on shore and made falling asleep a breeze. The also have a laundry mat on the property. Public beach on both sides of the condos. I can't wait to return.

The location and oceanview of the accomodation was very good, also pleasant with a parkingspot for each room. However did we not sleep very well, you can not darken the room because of thin linnen curtains so you will be awake by sunrise. Also the room wasn't so clean, contained a lot of dust.
