This bank is truly garbage. I'll be moving my money out of it as soon as I'm my construction loan is processed " with another bank as this one wouldn't give me one with a 800+ credit score and %50 equity as well as over over 20% down because I am also a licensed contractor". But that's not the only reason I'm leaving this bank. Their customer services is pathetic. I had a notification for fraud. So how do I get it? Email!!! Not a call or text like any other back in this century. So I can the number and wait to talk to someone and they told me they couldn't access it to call back later today. Which at this time is after 7pm. So I asked to talk to a manager... Waited on hold for almost an hour so I decided to hang up and call back. Guess what the fraud number told me it didn't have me in their record and wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone! Good job protecting my money!!!!! I'll be reporting this bank to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau!

Cash deposit was made in person at noon on 10/27 which did not post until 10/30 9am. Tried to access this money on 10/28 was told by teller no deposit was showing up. Started calling Kailua Kona branch that day to get answer but all calls go to Honolulu branch. When they tried contacting Kailua Kona branch no one answered. I was told a message would be sent as they were close to closing time. There was no response. Called on Monday the 30th, was talking to Honolulu again. Repeated the problem & was told the deposit was showing up that morning. Asked why it took almost 4 days for deposit to show, they were unable to answer. Asked why Kailua Kona branch didnt respond to my inquiry left 10/28, again Honolulu tried to reach them & still Kailua Kona branch didnt answer their phone. Honolulu had no answer for me. Although, I got an answer by mail days later, it wasnt from the Kona Branch. When youre late to pay a bill you get penalizedwhen money is not available until almost 4 days after deposit is made, who will pay the penalty & fix the negative credit report it generates? To date no response from Kona Branch. Poor Customer Service!

Their list of services is deceiving. You cannot exchange currency at the branch. They told me its all done online now. Not sure how this works, but not helpful when you need to exchange quickly.
