Practically useless. Had work performed on my car and it was done poorly then an indy fixed the issue for free. Tried to give them another chance and simply showed up to buy power steering fluid and they didnt even have that wanted to charge me double the price as online. Id avoid if I were you. They need to be put out of business. There's appears to be a long history of unethical practices, greed, and overall lazy customer service.

When something goes wrong with your only means of transportation they cant help you right away they make you wait till you have an appointment all I need is a new battery put in that takes 15 minutes they said they couldnt get in for a couple days and if you try to do your own battery you void your factory warranty! Terrible customer service all around.

Let me preface this with the fact that Ive never written a bad review. I called Volvo a couple weeks ago interested in a pre purchase inspection. The person on the phone said I can do walk in but its going to cost $300. So I called and asked when would be a good time to walk in and talked to 3 different people and they all told me different things. One said Id have to wait till the end of February and the other told me the most recent I can come in is March. I got a third call from the service department asking what I needed. I said Im looking to buy a Volvo and the check engine light is on. He said well its going to cost $350 to run a diagnostic. I said okay Im looking for a pre purchased inspection, he said hed call me back on a quote when I was already quoted $300. Then I get a call back saying the pre purchase inspection would be $600 and then the diagnostic would be $350 with a total of $950. The entire point of a pre purchase inspection is to see what issues are wrong and that would include a diagnostic. To me it seems like they either wernt thinking or trying to rip me off. Ive been considering many Volvos but all considerations aside if this is the service department Ill have to work with I will no longer be purchasing a Volvo.
