Watch out these guy's are gonna extremely low ball you and avoid paying what Kelly blue book says your trade in is worth. Sales man Mike was cool to work with.

Paid over $550 for a new key fob through Volvo Honolulu. We live on Kauai so we were explicit in explaining that there are no Volvo dealers on our island to program or cut the key. We were assured that Volvo Honolulu could do it with the VIN#. However, when we received the new key fob, the remote did not work! Now we have customer service agents telling us we need to take the remote to the nearest dealer to be programmed (not possible on Kauai). For the past two weeks have tried calling every department (no one picks up) and emailing customer service (they tell us to call) - and we are not receiving any service or answers at all. VERY disappointed and will not be recommending Volvo to anyone.

Mr. John Kim made us feel like we were part of his family! His attention to detail is impressive and he anticipated our needs at every turn. We credit his knowledge of the Volvo line of vehicles as our number one reason to choose the XC60. We are very pleased, thank you John!
