Thanks to Vanessa I was able to get my refund from Fiji Airlines after 3 years. She was kind enough to help me out even though I did not go through when I set up my trip to X-mas Island. I for sure will be looking to her in the future to set up my trips.

Working with you was such a delight and I will be forever grateful for everything you did to ensure our program was perfectly executed and that everyone had an incredible time. Having to coordinate a 5-day program from Perth, Australia, for 21 people was quite the task but having Earl there to assist me in every step of the way from the logistics, base passes, contacts, guides, tours and everything in-between ensured the program was a huge success. My experience with Ultimate Vacation was 5 star and I would highly recommend their services. If I get another opportunity to bring a group to Hawaii, my first call will be to Earl and his team.
